The start of the New Year and the second term at school is a great time to reflect on the changes we want to or need to make. If you are a student of grade 9, looking for the ways to improve yourself and make the transition to High School easier, it is high time to give or receive feedback on your performance. Effective feedback not only tells students how they performed, but how to improve the next time they do the task.
It is a good tradition for people to make resolutions at the beginning of a new year. After giving and receiving constructive feedback on their work, students set smart goals and make resolutions that will help stay focused on their studies.
