Human Body
This human body lesson plan is designed for some cross curricular learning. The students of grade 11/8 who chose Biology as a major, are eager to immerse into special English related to their future profession. They are engaged in Content and Language Integrated Learning which increases their achievements in Biology and English. The effectiveness of team teaching is obvious as this model enhances students’ motivation. Content and Language Integrated Learning draws on the lexical approach, encouraging learners to notice language while reading.
