Nowadays teachers tend to include interdisciplinary skills as learning objectives in their courses. It is important for students to prepare for future working life. They need these skills to solve problems that cannot be tackled by a single discipline. We have developed so called Interdisciplinary Testing to assess these skills. Assessing interdisciplinary skills can be challenging and our teachers creat special rubrics to make the task easier. Interdisciplinary skills can be practiced by a wide range of learning activities. While doing tests students demonstrate interdisciplinary understanding. They bring together concepts and methods, solve problems and create products.
