Fishbone diagram

The lesson reflects general rules for developing skills used in solving problems. In this process the students of grade 101learn how to investigate the causes of a problem using their analytical skills. They analyze the problem by identifying causes and effects with the help of the FISHBONE diagram. They place the problem statement in the head of the fish as it is known that Fish rots from head down (the fishbone skeleton is displayed on the whiteboard). After they have completed the diagram, they gain a clear understanding of the effects of the actions and events. In the second part of the lesson the teacher conducts the activities aimed at problem solving. The students are to write a business project solution plan to make their learning life-like to meet demands of the time.
